CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

We understand that life happens. Out of respect for our staff as well as others in need of self-care, please cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance.

 

Since we are a small business and have a limited number of appointments available, an appointment cancelled less than 24 hours in advance including no-shows will be subject to a late cancellation fee.

The fee is 100% of the service cost for each service missed or

$50 for a missed consultation.

You may cancel your session 24 hours in advance online through your confirmation email or by calling 860.255.7771. Please note that once an appointment is booked – unless we hear otherwise – we’ll expect you to be there.

 

In the rare event that our equipment needs to be serviced, we will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
