IMAGINE FLOAT
MESSAGING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General.
By providing your phone number and checking the box or verbally consenting with our Customer Service Representatives, you agree to allow Imagine Float to send you recurring automated personalized communications (ex. appointment reminders, appointment bookings, service inquiries, service credit or account credit reminders, etc.) and promotional marketing text messages to the cell number associated with your opt-in. Message frequency will vary and Imagine Float reserves the right to change the phone number from which the text message will come from.
Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Your consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchase.
2. Cancellation.
You can cancel at any time by texting "STOP" or sending an email to contactus@imaginefloat.com. After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Imagine Float again, just sign up as you did the first time and Imagine Float will start sending you messages again.
3. Transfer of Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply "STOP" from the original number or notify us of your old number at contactus@imaginefloat.com. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.
